Ingredients
1 loaf Cocktail Rye bread
1.5 Pound Corned beef, deli slices
1 Pound Swiss Cheese, deli sliced
1 (16 ounce) jar Sauerkraut
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut Corned beef slices into 1-1.5" strips (about as wide as the breads)
- Quarter Swiss cheese slices, the quarters will be about the same size of breads.
- Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange bread slices onto sheet, leaving a little space between each slice.
- Drain about a cup of sauerkraut.
- Spread dressing onto loaf, about 1/4 teaspoon on each bread.
- Using a fork, add about 1/4 teaspoon (more or less according to taste) of sauerkraut on top of dressing.
- Take 2 slices of corned beef fold and layer on top of kraut. Top with a slice of cheese.
- Bake in oven for about 10mins. The kraut and dressing can make the bread a little soggy, so don't be afraid to cook these longer if needed.
