1. Heat oil in skillet. Cook beef until lightly browned. Push to one side of pan.
2. Add onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until soft.
3. Drain excess fat. Mix in remaining ingredients. Mix well, simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve by itself or add macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese for chili mac. Awesome.
This can also be made in the slow cooker. If doing that, brown meat, then onion and celery. Then adding everything to crock pot and cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 4-6 on low.
