Guacamole

Ingredients

2 Avocado, ripened
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
0.25 Cup Onions, diced, (or to taste)
0.25 Cup Tomatoes, diced, (or to taste)
0.25 Cup Pomegranate Arils, (or to taste)

Directions

  1. Remove the avocado from the shell with pit. Mash with fork. 
  2. Add lemon (or lime) and salt, to taste. Mix well.
  3. Add onions, tomatoes and pomegranate to taste.

Notes

I don't add cilantro and diced jalapeno pepper to my guacamole, but a lot of people like that.
