Mexican Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 - 1.5 pounds sliced Cabbage (purple and/or green)
0.25 Cup Onion, very thinly sliced
1 Jalapeño, seeds removed, very thinly sliced
1 Teaspoon Lime Zest
1/8 cup fresh Lime Juice, or approx juice from 1 lime
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/8 - 1/4 tsp Salt
1 Teaspoon Cumin
0.5 Teaspoon Coriander
a couple drops of Honey, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
Thinly slice everything. Combine everything into a large mixing bowl and mix well. Let it sit in fridge until ready to use.
Serve cold.
