Ingredients
2 Avocado, ripened
2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
0.25 Cup Onions, diced, (or to taste)
0.25 Cup Tomatoes, diced, (or to taste)
0.25 Cup Pomegranate Arils, (or to taste)
Directions
- Remove the avocado from the shell with pit. Mash with fork.
- Add lemon (or lime) and salt, to taste. Mix well.
- Add onions, tomatoes and pomegranate to taste.

I don't add cilantro and diced jalapeno pepper to my guacamole, but a lot of people like that.
