Ingredients
2 8z packages Cream Cheese
1 jar of Salsa (really any kind you like)
0.25 Cup Onions, diced , (optional)
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce, sliced and diced
1 Cup Tomatoes, diced
0.5 Cup Black Olives, sliced
Directions
- Set out cream cheese for 30 minutes to soften.
- Add salsa to cream cheese a tablespoon at a time and mix. (I don't know exactly how much I add, maybe 1/4 to 1/2 cup. You want to add a spoon or 2 at a time, mix and taste. You're looking for a pink color that tastes good.)
- Spread cream cheese mixture into a 9x13" baking dish evenly.
- Put in refrigerator for at least 30 mins to an hour to firm up.
- Remove from refrigerator. If using onions top evenly over cream cheese.
- Layer the rest of the ingredients on top, evenly - cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, the black olives.

Notes
Serve with chips.
It's a good idea to leave in fridge, uncovered, a little bit after layering everything. That helps the other veggies dry off a little before serving.
Put it away after 30-60 mins if you want to save otherwise it becomes a sloppy mess and will spoil.
